This is the Air Fryer “One Pot” Meal. This recipe makes enough for 4 people. Cut ingredients in half if you need to!

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breast, cubed

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 zucchini, cubed

  • 1 cup grape tomatoes

  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1/2 onion, chopped

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp cajun seasoning

  • 2 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp oregano

  • 2 tbsp kosher salt

Directions

  • In a large bowl and all of your vegetables and chicken.
  • Add olive oil and toss well. (before adding seasoning)
  • Add seasoning and toss well.
  • Air Fry the mixture at 400 degrees for 20min. Toss every 5 minutes. (That’s 3 times)
    ** If your chicken is cubed smaller than mines, you may only need 15min in air fryer.
