kcalThis is the Air Fryer “One Pot” Meal. This recipe makes enough for 4 people. Cut ingredients in half if you need to!

Ingredients
3 chicken breast, cubed
1 cup broccoli florets
1 zucchini, cubed
1 cup grape tomatoes
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp cajun seasoning
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp kosher salt
Directions
- In a large bowl and all of your vegetables and chicken.
- Add olive oil and toss well. (before adding seasoning)
- Add seasoning and toss well.
- Air Fry the mixture at 400 degrees for 20min. Toss every 5 minutes. (That’s 3 times)
** If your chicken is cubed smaller than mines, you may only need 15min in air fryer.
