The Best Air Fryer Jerk Chicken Tacos you’ll ever have! 🌮 I’ve partnered with the good people from @goodranchers to make these. They sent me their Chicken Subscription Box to get creative with and I’m sure you can imagine the flavors going on these Chicken Thighs right now. With a quick marinade and a little time in the fridge, I was able to air fry this delicious Chicken for my tacos! Would you try these? 🙋🏾‍♂️

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Thighs, Boneless and Skinless

  • 4 Tortillas

  • 1 Olive Oil

  • 1/2 Cup Slaw, shredded

  • Marinade
  • 2 Tbsp Walkerswood Jerk Marinade

  • 1 Tbsp Browning Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Poultry Seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar

  • Jerk Aioli
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp Sour Cream

  • 1 Tbsp Jerk Seasoning

Directions

  • In a large bowl add your cleaned Chicken Thighs. Pat your chicken dry if need be. Add all of your marinade ingredients and mix well.
  • Once mixed well, allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30min. For more flavor, allow the chicken to marinate overnight.
  • While the chicken in marinating, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, and jerk seasoning in a small bowl.
  • Preheat air fryer at 400 degrees for 5min. Place marinated Chicken on air fryer tray and air fry at 400 degrees for 12min. Flip halfway.
  • Brush tortilla shells with olive oil and drape over the Taco stand. Air fry Tortilla Sheels at 400 Degrees for 30secs-1min or until your desired doneness.
  • Chop Jerk Chicken up into cubes.
  • Build tacos. Starting with the taco shells, add some slaw as a base. Add cubed Jerk Chicken (As much as you can fit). Top Tacos with Jerk Aioli and enjoy!
