Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs, Large

  • 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, Melted

  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

  • 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt

  • 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream

  • 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

Directions

  • In a small oven-safe dish, add melted butter. Pour your eggs into the bowl and whisk.
  • Add Black Pepper, Sea Salt, and Heavy Cream. Whisk until everything is incorporated. Preheat your air fryer for 5min at 310 Degrees.
  • Air fry your egg mixture at 310 Degrees for 12min. Stir Eggs every 2min. Depending on your dish’s width, the eggs may cook quicker. My dish was on the smaller side.
  • When your eggs look slightly runny, mix in your Shredded Cheese. Cook for another 2min or until the desired doneness.
  • Enjoy! I put mine inside a tortilla with some bacon to make Breakfast Tacos!
