There are many ways to make a good avocado toast, but here are some tips that can help take your avocado toast game to the next level:

  • Choose fresh ingredients: When it comes to seafood, freshness is key. Make sure to select high-quality lobster that is fresh. Frozen seafood works well also. Similarly, choose ripe avocados that are just soft enough to spread on toast.
  • Don’t overcook the lobster: Lobster is a delicate protein that can become tough if overcooked. Keep a close eye on it while it’s cooking in the air fryer and remove it as soon as it’s cooked through.
  • Season well: Lobster can be quite mild in flavor, so make sure to season it well with salt and pepper before air frying. Additionally, consider adding other seasonings like garlic powder, paprika, or Old Bay seasoning for added depth of flavor.

A simple air fryer avocado toast will always get the job done. Elevating it a bit by adding some lobster meat is where tastebuds come to have fun. What else would you top it with?

Ingredients

  • 2 Pieces of Sourdough Bread

  • 1 Large Avocado

  • 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt

  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

  • 2 Air Fried Eggs, Sliced

  • 1 Tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning, Divided

Directions

  • Place both pieces of Toast in the air fryer. Air Fry them at 400 Degrees for 2-3min or until it’s toasted to your liking.
  • Cut a ripe avocado open and scrape it into a bowl. Season with Salt and Pepper. Mix well.
  • In a small cup mix the old bay seasoning with melted butter. Preheat your air fryer for 5min at 380 Degrees.
  • In an oven-safe bowl, pour the butter mixture over the lobster meat and air fryer at 380 Degrees for 7min.
  • Build your Avocado Toast. Spread avocado on both slices of toast, and top with lobster meat, and tomatoes. Enjoy!
